Yes. Cross-platform MT4 → MT5 copying requires both Local Trade Copier EA MT4© and Local Trade Copier EA MT5©. The MT4 version runs on the MT4 terminal and the MT5 version runs on the MT5 terminal.

No. If all transmitter and receiver terminals are MetaTrader 4, you only need Local Trade Copier EA MT4©. Similarly, an MT5 → MT5 setup requires only Local Trade Copier EA MT5©.
